The James S. Kunzman Foundation ("JSK Foundation," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through kunzmanfoundation.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Donations: name, email, billing address, phone (optional), donation amount, and any dedication or comments you include.
Program registrations: parent or guardian contact information and the player details needed to register for a league or camp, such as name, age, and emergency contact.
Contact forms and newsletter: your name, email, and any message you send us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we and our service providers may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Payment Information

Donations are processed securely by Stripe. Your full card number is sent directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe's use of your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

We use tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand site traffic and measure the reach of our outreach. These tools may use cookies to collect information about your visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta ad settings.

Some pages include embedded videos (for example, from YouTube). These providers may set their own cookies when you play a video.

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers who help us operate, such as payment processing, website hosting, email delivery, and donor management, and only as needed to provide those services
With partner leagues and camps, limited to the registration details needed for your player's participation
When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of JSK Foundation, our participants, or others

Children's Privacy

Our programs serve youth athletes, but our website is intended for use by parents, guardians, and adults. Registration information about a minor must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (SSL) connections and secure, trusted providers, to protect your information. No online system is completely secure, however. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, such as donation records kept for tax purposes.

Your Choices

Email: unsubscribe using the link in any email we send.
Access, correction, or deletion: contact us to review, update, or delete your information, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
Do Not Track: our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
